4. User Supplied Content
The Website contains material submitted and created by private and trade advertisers and other third parties. We exclude all liability for any illegality arising from such material, or any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in such material.
5. Multimedia Messaging Service
MMS sent to YELAUTO.COM are processed through a third party host server before being forwarded to us. Charges to your mobile phone are processed by your Network Provider. Refunds cannot be given once the MMS has been sent.
ALL details sent by the Advertiser in the MMS will be displayed online for public viewing. By sending the MMS you consent to your details being displayed in the public domain. Advertisers will be contacted through the details provided and displayed in the advert. Any MMS which does not include all the required details will not be displayed and no refund will be given, without prejudice to the generality of the above statement.
Yelauto does not accept liability for lost, inaccurate, misplaced or unreadable messages.
Any errors noted on YELAUTO.COM should be reported to info@yelauto.com. We will make every effort to rectify errors without unreasonable delay.
The �3.00 fee for placing an MMS advert on YELAUTO.COM for a period of one month will be charged as follows: two reversed billing messages will be sent to your mobile number at a cost of �1.50 each.
Yelauto is not subscription based. After a period of one month on YELAUTO.COM the MMS advert will be removed and the process must be repeated if you wish to re-advertise.
6. Email
Electronic data transfer such as email is deemed to be insecure over communication carriers. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to ensure the security of the email content. From time to time we may respond to the email via the original email address only. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to secure the privacy of this correspondence. Email will only be used from Trade Dealers registered with us.
8. Your Conduct
YELAUTO.COM encourages active and open debate among our members.� All that we ask is that it's done in a lawful and civil manner � be it posting on our boards or using our system to email another user directly.� Accordingly, you agree to use YELAUTO.COM for lawful purposes only. You may not use, or allow others to use, your membership to:
Post or transmit any content or offer any service that is unlawful, libelous, abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person;
Post or transmit any material that you do not have a right to transmit under law (such as copyright, intellectual property rights, trademarks, trade secret or securities) or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (as in nondisclosure agreements);

Attempt to interfere or deny access to any service or host;
Send any unsolicited messages, this includes adding email addresses to any mailing list without the user�s express permission;
Forward or post chain letters or anything resembling such;
Post or transmit statements that are intentionally false or misleading, or use such statements to manipulate the market for any security;�
Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation including chain letters or pyramid schemes;
Collect or store personal data about other users;
Post or transmit any file that contains viruses, corrupted files, "Trojan Horses," or any other contaminating or destructive features that may damage someone else's computer.
While we can't review all transmissions by our users, YELAUTO.COM reserves the right to monitor any information transmitted or received through our service. YELAUTO.COM, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, may at any time review, remove, or otherwise block any post or terminate your membership for violating the above provisions.
You are responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use of your membership and password. Please don't disclose your password to anybody. If your password has been stolen, you must let us know.
9. Indemnification
In the event of a breach of this agreement - and a loss being suffered as a consequence - YELAUTO.COM will look to hold the consumer responsible for reasonable losses.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
YELAUTO.COM cannot and does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the news or editorial content found on our site.
You understand and acknowledge that information posted or transmitted by other users are the sole responsibility of the person from which such material originated.
YELAUTO.COM takes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or even truth of the information posted in our areas.

11. Members' Privacy
We need to understand who is reading our site to provide the most appropriate content and to source advertising from appropriate companies.
